The Biden Fantasy Cabinet Game

If sports fans can have fantasy teams, politics wonks can have fantasy cabinets. This is a community activity, and the point is to get someone on the Biden Transition team to notice and take the will of the people into account when making their choices.
Rules:
- DO NOT RESPOND IN THE COMMENTS! Create your own post and use the following tags #Politics #Biden #Cabinet #Democracy.
- As this is a fantasy cabinet, there’s no need to take possible Senate confirmation issues into account. Who do you think is perfect for the position is the only question you need answer.
- Although this is a fantasy cabinet, please stay within the realm of the reasonable. Folx should be qualified for the position. Yes, we all secretly want Snoop Dogg as Secretary of State, but it’s not going to happen.
- Think about the real-world effects of your choices. What would it mean to take Elizabeth Warren out of the Senate when a Republican Governor would choose her replacement? Is there someone who can do more good staying where they are?
- Don’t be afraid to get wonky. Maybe there’s an administrator who would be perfect for Interior, or a circuit court judge that you think would be a fantastic AG.
- All cabinet picks need to be alive. No, Frances Perkins cannot be Secretary of Labor.
- When possible, provide links that tell us something about the candidate you’ve chosen, and/or explain your reasoning.
- Make sure the Cabinet “looks like America,” to use a popular Obama-Bidenism.
- You may create one (1) new Cabinet position.
- Don’t be a troll. If you need to ruin something, let it be something else.
